Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve assigned deposit business target and ensure proper deposit mix to achieve profitability target.
- Propose Area Based/ Industry Based strategies for deposit business development.
- Directly interact with Area Heads, Branch Managers for driving Deposit Growth of Branches.
- Plan, Organize, Supervise and Monitor the Deposit Team to achieve the periodic target
- Monitor Sales team, Liability Business team through MIS & Analysis and report to respective line managers for development.
- Ensure Weekly Deposit Projection and assist Area Heads to Follow Up the progress of the same.
- To ensure daily sales reports are done accurately and on timely basis.
- Communication with Business Finance Team for reports and prepare necessary analytical reports for Senior Management
- Strengthen relationship with all relevant stakeholders
- Identify Issues hindering Business Growth and communicate/propose solution with/to relevant stakeholders.
- Extensive sales experience with general banking or financial institution products.
