• 1 to 2 years

• Diploma In Mechanical Engineering

• 1 to 2 years

• 1-2 years of working experience in garments or textile industry.

• Good at MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point.

• English language proficiency (Reading, Writing & Speaking).

• Ensure daily production target within the lead time & maintaining zero delay of production.

• To design the daily and the monthly work plans prepare for over the maintenance team & workers.

• Daily remake analysis & take countermeasure to prevent the remake.

• Improve productivity, machine efficiency by establishing SOP to ensure best quality of product.

• TPM activities & machine break down record analysis and take countermeasure.

• Ensure 5S & safety and prepare KYT based on section risk assessment & take preventive countermeasure.

• To ensure that proper working instruction and quality control measures are followed in the production process.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
