Computer operation knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, Power point etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
M/C maintenance.
Process check.
KPI, KYT & M/C Risk assessment.
Production & Delay follow-up.
Remake, Defect analysis.
Mold Management. (In-Out)
5S & Safety management.
Communication with other section for S&B issue.
M/C operation control.
Raw & Sub-material FIFO maintain.
Scrap & Garbage Handling.
Set up daily production plan & Utilize Man, Machine, Method, Material & Time.
Shift Management.
Customer place visit for claim investigation.
Ensure Dress, shoe & PPE for all employees.
