Additional Requirements:
Basic knowledge of 5S, Safety, TPM, OEE.
Fluent English-speaking skill.
Computer operation knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, Power point etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
Machine maintenance and Process check.
KYT & Machine Risk assessment.
Production & Delay follow-up.
Remake analysis.
5S & Safety management.
Communication with other section for S&B issue.
Machine operation control.
Raw & Sub-material FIFO maintain.
Set up daily production plan & Utilize Man, Machine, Method, Material & Time.
Shift Management.
Customer place visit for claim investigation.
