• Diploma in Electrical

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

• Basic computer knowledge & English language proficiency.

• Good communication skills & Ability to work under pressure.

• Completing all tasks set by the superior and assisting wherever possible.

• Should have fundamental knowledge regarding Gear, Cam, Cam Shaft & it’s mechanism.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Conduct shift meeting with all operators.

• Support to M/C start and M/C operation and basic maintenance work.

• Have to manage operator lunch/breaktime/dinner and support to machine operation.

• Implement 5S, TPM, KYT, activities & safety system in the production floor.

• Collect necessary chemical from warehouse and maintain record.

• Production quality ensure and production delay follow-up.

• Willing to do OT & Shifting duty.

• Shift wise must meet production target and report to superior.

• Support to machine operations.

• Any other task assign by the department manager.
