Responsibilities & Context:
Utilize manpower efficiently and control machine operations.
Monitor dyeing production, manage delays, and control remakes.
Color process operations and quality standards.
Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for materials and sub-materials.
Conduct regular dyeing process checks to ensure efficiency.
Control dyeing quality, reduce rejects, and manage costs.
Implement and maintain 5S practices and ensure workplace safety.
Manage process documentation and monitor target achievements.
Oversee machine installation, maintenance, and parts management.
Conduct and participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
Any other task assigned by the department manager.
