Experience:

• Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Business) from any reputed university.

• 3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Both males and females are allowed to apply.

• Excellent Communication Skill in Bengali and English both oral and written.

• Team work, Decision making, Flexibility and problem solving.

• Strong knowledge of MS office and Email writing.

• Good knowledge in Banking service.

• Candidates must be willing to serve roster basis for smooth operation of Call Center for 24/7.

• Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.

• Maintain targeted KPI properly.

• Ensure one-stop quality customer service to ensure positive customer experience.

• Executing Customer’s request and forward customer’s complaint to respective units.

• Proactively aware and inform to customers regarding product and services.

• Follow up critical issue and provide timely feedback to customer.

• Achieve set target in terms of deposit, loan, credit card, account opening and other target set by management.

• Maintain & submit daily report on Customer Query/Customer Demand/Drop Call/Receive Call etc.

• Other duties assigned by supervisor.
