Experience:
Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Business) from any reputed university.
3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply.
Both males and females are allowed to apply.
Excellent Communication Skill in Bengali and English both oral and written.
Team work, Decision making, Flexibility and problem solving.
Strong knowledge of MS office and Email writing.
Good knowledge in Banking service.
Candidates must be willing to serve roster basis for smooth operation of Call Center for 24/7.
Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.
Maintain targeted KPI properly.
Ensure one-stop quality customer service to ensure positive customer experience.
Executing Customer’s request and forward customer’s complaint to respective units.
Proactively aware and inform to customers regarding product and services.
Follow up critical issue and provide timely feedback to customer.
Achieve set target in terms of deposit, loan, credit card, account opening and other target set by management.
Maintain & submit daily report on Customer Query/Customer Demand/Drop Call/Receive Call etc.
Other duties assigned by supervisor.
