Job Context:
∎ This is one of the largest leading woven outerwear (Tops & bottom) Jacket manufacturing company in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for H&M Marketing & Merchandising interested candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & Reply all buyer related Queries through Phone, email or others
∎ Prepare in coordination with sample section for all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample as per requirement.
∎ Review sample check list with tack pack and buyer check with supervisor before sending sample to buyer.
∎ Collect costing consumption from CAD Department & fabric and trims price from SCM Department as well as company's own source.
∎ Make production file and QC file for PP meeting and Production Department after confirm order.
∎ Prepare ready Style re-cap & In-house goods check process and inform supplier.
∎ Ready swatch card -
∎ Develop swatch to give supplier and SCM to get the best price and
∎ Counter Quality before sending for Buyers Approval.
∎ Timely send garment for Lab test and prepare all Trims booking for providing to suppliers.
∎ Regularly follow up with Production process, Courier documents, BBLC & store goods and on time Reporting to Manager Merchandising.
∎ Short Air/shipment timing with diagnosis.
∎ Prepare style closing inventory report & material Check list on of each single P.O.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years

∎ Candidate must have experience exclusively in the Woven Garments industry in merchandising.
∎ Must be proficient in communication in English both verbally and in writing, especially in Excel and Word.
∎ Must be an effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be working experience on Walmart, H&M, Zara, Carrefour, C&A, Lindex, NEXT, ALDI, Lidle, M&S, Castco etc.
∎ Strong communication abilities in Bengali and English both oral and written.
∎ Computer literacy is a must especially in office package
