Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

• Must have valid Authorized Representative Certificate from BSEC

• Graduation/Master Degree from any discipline.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

• Must have adequate knowledge about listed scripts in DSE.

• Appropriate knowledge of CDBL functions in terms of settlement of securities transactions and other necessary trading-related guidelines.

• Have excellent skills of maintaining communication with people.

• Manage trading operations, optimize investment strategies, and ensure compliance with market regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and proven experience in securities trading.

• Monitor market trends, price movements, and liquidity to inform trading decisions

• Manage client orders, ensuring timely execution and maintaining high-quality client service

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and Dhaka Stock Exchange PLS (DSE) regulations and internal policies

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports for management

• Acquiring new clients on board

• Coordinating required departmental activities pertaining to IT, CDBL, and Customer relationships as allocated to you from time to time by the Management of the company.

• Performing any other tasks assigned by Management as and when required

• As per Company Policy.
