Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Must have adequate knowledge about listed scripts in DSE.
Appropriate knowledge of CDBL functions in terms of settlement of securities transactions and other necessary trading-related guidelines.
Have excellent skills of maintaining communication with people.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage trading operations, optimize investment strategies, and ensure compliance with market regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and proven experience in securities trading.
Monitor market trends, price movements, and liquidity to inform trading decisions
Manage client orders, ensuring timely execution and maintaining high-quality client service
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and Dhaka Stock Exchange PLS (DSE) regulations and internal policies
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports for management
Acquiring new clients on board
Coordinating required departmental activities pertaining to IT, CDBL, and Customer relationships as allocated to you from time to time by the Management of the company.
Performing any other tasks assigned by Management as and when required
