Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline; preferably in business field.
∎ Any kinds of professional certification in trade operations will have added advantage.
∎ To comply with the rules and regulations of the country as well as the cross border transactions as per UCPDC, ISBP, URR, URC & INCOTERMS etc.
∎ Having comprehensive knowledge in foreign trade (Import/Export) business operations, documentations along with trade local and international regulations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Opening, checking, negotiating of Import/Export L/C, Back to Back L/Cs scrutiny of related import documents lodgment, proposal of Case to Case L/Cs, obtaining acceptance and confirming maturity date against Back to Back L/Cs
∎ Timely prepare and provide Regulatory Reporting to Bangladesh Bank & Others and Issuance of all types of Guarantees and Settlements of claims as URDG
∎ Maintaining all registers, records and documentation as per guidelines
∎ Ensuring Letter of Credit and complied documents in a timely manner and according to international trade laws and service excellence to the clients as per bank's policy.
∎ Processing Cash Incentive/ Duty Draw Back cases within the set rules and Regulations
∎ Issuance of FTT and FDD from ERQ Account for business development and ability to operate SWIFT system and firm knowledge on others related modules
∎ Ensuring smooth documentation process by following proper procedure for complying trade transactions
∎ Provide necessary support and coordinate with related divisions as and when necessary
∎ Executing any other duties as and when required by the Management or Line Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Branch Trade Finance Operation, Centralized Trade Service Division.
∎ Candidates recruited through Management Trainee (MT) Program will be given preference.
