∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Overall, 6 to 8 years in the RMG sector (Sweater product is preferable)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: garments.
∎ Applicants MUST be between 25 and 35 years of age.
∎ A minimum of 4 years of experience in traceability or production management within the garment industry is required.
∎ To support the production control department on Production Audits and ensure no unauthorized subcontracting and unauthorized warehouse usage.
∎ Lead the traceability team and implement practices to track till final shipment.
∎ Ensure the traceability system monitors each phase of the garment production process, including Raw materials, Knitting, Linking, Printing, Embroidery, Special washing, sewing, finishing, and packing.
∎ Establish a process for recording work orders, labor details, machine settings, production outputs, and leftover stock management.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ensure precise and timely documentation of material sources, including supplier information, origin, and relevant certifications.
∎ Keep detailed records of material receipts, utilization, and waste.
