Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the management capability (must have knowledge to run a Q.A team efficiently and effectively).
∎ He will be responsible for any quality issue.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge in solving critical issues explaining technical points of various quality related day to day problems occurring during sampling process or factory production. Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors.
∎ Co-ordinate with Merchandising Head on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Measuring production & documenting evidence.
∎ Reduce defects and make an action plan by analyzing the problems. Solve the quality issues and establish a Zero defect culture in the factory.
∎ Involve in sampling and pre-productions and to ensure handover the first time sample approval.
∎ To plan, monitor, audit and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with merchandising team and production people.
∎ To monitor product quality through from raw material to finished goods.
∎ Ensure customer fit, quality, testing, measurement and fit requirements are met.
∎ Review daily issues occurring at the factories and work with the Quality Audit team to find quick solutions and give required guidance.
∎ If any discrepancies happen then it needs to be informed to Top Management to get action.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Responsible for final inspection.
∎ Organize PP meeting with factory production person, our merchandiser and buyer nominated person.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.

∎ Must have effective communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Must have computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and E-mail Reporting).
∎ Candidates shall have the mentality to work extra hours as per requirements.
