Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to the team leader and Merchandiser.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance.
∎ Inspection (inline and final inspection), Production, Quality Inspection, Testing.
∎ Self-motivational to resolve any problem of quality related issues by discussing with factory and Management.
∎ He has to visit different factory & follow from trims collection/sampling to shipment.
∎ Able to handle several numbers of styles at a time independently or with a team.
∎ Organize PP meeting with factory production person, our merchandiser and buyer nominated person.
∎ Continuously improve and develop quality control system so that our products are of the highest quality and reduce rejection and wastage cost.
∎ Co-ordinate with design and production department to work our in-house production unit & outside factory gives the finest finishing touch of each product.
∎ Implement procedures to ensure that company's quality standards for garments are met.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a team and individually.
∎ Must have effective communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Must have computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and E-mail Reporting).
∎ Physical strength and mental ability to work in a team.
∎ Solid product and technical knowledge in Sweater.
∎ Familiar with garment production process and quality control procedures.
∎ Candidates shall have the mentality to work extra hours as per requirements.
