- Basic knowledge of Facebook / Instagram marketing or Canva.
- Experience in tourism, hospital coordination, or customer service preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
- Communicate with international clients for medical tourism coordination.
- Support patients or travelers with hospital appointments, travel guidance, and visa coordination.
- Manage client communication through email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Assist in creating social media posts.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding client progress.
