Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of spinning processes (Blow Room, Carding, Drawing, Roving, Ring Spinning).
• Minimum 18 years of hands-on experience in spinning operations (can be adjusted as per need).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale textile or fabric manufacturing mills.
• Knowledge of old spinning machinery

We are looking for a qualified and skilled Textile Technologist for our Spinning Department. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of spinning operations and textile manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control spinning operations to ensure optimal yarn quality and productivity.
• Analyze fibre properties, yarn parameters, and process settings for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot spinning-related issues and ensure smooth machine performance.
• Implement quality control measures and maintain production standards.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for process optimization.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain technical documentation.

Salary Structure: Basic Salary: USD 1,200 House Rent Allowance: BDT 30,000 Conveyance Allowance: BDT 2,500 Medical Allowance: BDT 10,000
