Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control & supervise of Entire Weaving Department in a large Textile Industry.
∎ Spearheading production related tasks including planning, procurement, control & trouble
∎ shooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules, within budgeted parameters.
∎ Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for
∎ improving operational effectiveness of plant and equipment.
∎ Ensure that quality standards are well communicated throughout the company.
∎ Overseeing manpower planning, recruitment, appraisals & career development of
∎ employees.
∎ Direct monitor pilot runs before bulk production begins, providing strategies and directives on product quality.
∎ Monitoring the performance of subordinates and undertaking measures for enhancing
∎ their performance levels.
∎ Ensure that each quality assurance process meets the parameters established by Top Management
∎ Manage the troubleshooting of any issues that may arise in bulk production, directing the solutions to production team.
∎ Ensure preventive measures are taken to ensure issues do not recur.
∎ Monitor and control all material quality issues and highlight to management. Prepare supplier performance feedback based on material quality reports and circulate to management.
∎ Ensure that proper processes are followed throughout the production chain to ensure quality.
∎ Ensure that staff and workers are trained on the quality requirements of the customer.
∎ Analyze and monitor quality reports from material inspection, cutting, sewing and finishing directing and managing solutions for any systemic and process quality issues. Provide analysis of quality reports and highlight key issues to management.
∎ Ensure that audit procedures prescribed by the buyer are followed by RQS (Requirement of Quality System) Manager.
∎ Monitor training of staff on quality and nurturing awareness of quality.
∎ Ensure that quality assurance teams work towards continuous improvement of quality of products and minimizing rework due to quality.
∎ Manage and organize manpower budget for Weaving department.
∎ Ensure retention and growth for key personnel in Weaving department.
∎ Ensure that product safety requirements are met.
∎ Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedure for the Weaving Department.
∎ Monitor spinning production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the Weaving section.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non Compliance.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by applying all technique to minimize defect and reduce extra hour work.
∎ Develop & implement new technology & modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement to enhance productivity & efficiency.
∎ Monitor of productivity, materials, inventory & reconciliation of individual style.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience & Capability to run a large Weaving unit.
∎ Have strong leadership skill to take all over the responsibility of the Weaving section
∎ Must be hard working with capability of preparing production plans, shipment
∎ Must be able to control all the activities of production, quality control and delivery of Yarn.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
