• Oversee utility management, including power, water, and air systems, to support uninterrupted production.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance team productivity.
