Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Planning and Management: Oversee daily production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders, optimizing resources and minimizing downtime across textile manufacturing processes.
∎ Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that all textile products meet industry standards, client specifications, and internal quality benchmarks.
∎ Technical Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical expertise to solve production-related issues, such as equipment malfunctions or material inconsistencies, ensuring seamless operations and minimal interruptions.
∎ Team Supervision and Training: Lead and train production teams in best practices, safety protocols, and efficient techniques, fostering a skilled and cohesive workforce.
∎ Cost Management and Optimization: Develop and manage budgets for production, track material usage, and reduce waste to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality output and achieving production targets.
