Sales and Market Development:
Achieve sales targets for agro-chemical products in the assigned territory.
Identify new sales opportunities by visiting farmers, agro-input dealers, and distributors.
Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Ensure availability and visibility of products in key outlets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers to promote product benefits.
Provide product demonstrations and technical support to farmers on the proper use of agro-chemicals.
Address customer queries and complaints regarding product performance and application.
Market Intelligence and Reporting:
Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activities and market trends.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Monitor and report on stock levels in the distribution network.
Training and Promotion:
Conduct training programs and workshops for retailers and farmers to improve their understanding of product benefits and usage.
