∎ Minimum Graduation completed from any UGC approved institution.
∎ At least 2 year experience in core field sales role.
∎ Experience in Gas, LPG, Cylinder, Fuel/Petroleum or FMCG sales will be given preference.
∎ Must be willing to conduct field work by visiting household customers and distributors.
∎ Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Should have the basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for sales in assigned territory.
∎ Work in the field to develop retail / end user sales.
∎ Evaluate potential markets for expanding sales.
∎ Forecast and monitor sales volume.
∎ Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
∎ Ensure market visit, gather information and manage pricing.
∎ Collaborate with Marketing team to manage branding and customer engagement.
∎ Collaborate with Operations for warehouse and logistics management.
∎ Ensure the Health, safety, environment, and quality at assigned locations.
∎ Ensure compliance standards are upheld.
