Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
Additional Requirements:
At least 3 year experience in core field sales role.
Experience in Gas, LPG, Cylinder, Fuel/Petroleum or FMCG sales will be given preference.
Must be willing to conduct field visit for business expansion and customer retention.
Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
Should have the basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for sales in assigned territory for both Cylinder Sales and Direct Delivery Sales.
Work in the field to develop retail / end user sales.
Evaluate potential markets for expanding sales.
Forecast & monitor sales volume.
Achieve sales targets & contribute to business growth.
Ensure market visit, gather information & manage pricing.
Collaborate with Marketing Team to manage branding & customer engagement.
Collaborate with operations for warehouse & logistics management.
Ensure Health, Safety, Environment & Quality at assigned locations.
Ensure compliance standards are upheld.
