Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual Secondary Sales targets
∎ • Sales target setting for DSR and monitoring distributor sales force
∎ • Monitor of secondary sales and mid-course corrections and inputs
∎ • Set up of new distributor in assigned jurisdiction
∎ • Ensure distributors provide required infrastructure as per requirements
∎ • Execute territory, town & beat plans as per agreed norms
∎ • Market work with distributor sales force wherein he is expected to:
∎ - Check availability of all ranges in the outlet
∎ -Make the sales call as per situation in the outlet.
∎ -Call for all brands, all SKUs and ensure range selling
∎ -Check for freshness of product inside the outlet
∎ -Ensure visibility and good number of facings compared to competitor and/or competing categories.
∎ -Attend to any complaints/queries from the retailer and provide a satisfactory answer
∎ • Enhance productivity of salesman
∎ • Ensure freshness
∎ • Maintain and enhance relationships with key outlets, institutions and key stake holders
∎ • Secure primary and secondary visibility as per plan in all key outlets
∎ • Determine execution plan of distributor field force and regular follow up
∎ • Supervise POS utilization as per norms, across outlets
∎ • Implement and Regulate Paid Displays and trade schemes as per plan
∎ • Plan and execute activations at all targeted outlets
∎ • Execute and monitor any given activation plan
∎ • Ensure timely payment is done by Distributor for smooth primary
∎ • Educate and train distributors on internal systems & processes
∎ • Making sure that distributor maintain right investment and infrastructure as per company norms
∎ • Ensure that distributor maintaining all required report as per company guideline
∎ • Ensure preparing and processing of all distributor claims as per agreed timelines.
∎ • Visit distributor warehouse to check infrastructure, Quality and inventory status
∎ • Ensure 100% adherence on company’s trade investment through distributor
∎ • Facilitate hiring & induction of distributor sales reps
∎ • Enhance performance of distributor Sales Reps through on the job training & coaching

Additional Requirements:
