Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Main Duties:
∎ a. Overall responsible for delivery of Primary and secondary targets, supervise & report retail level activities and DSM working. To plan and achieve the Primary and Secondary Sales Target through-
∎ i. Distribution and Productivity
∎ ii. Coverage
∎ iii. Visibility and Merchandising
∎ b. Distributor field-force management and development. Planning and monitoring the achievement of monthly targets for set of SKUs through effective control on DRSs performance with daily review.
∎ 1. Ensure product quality and customer service
∎ 2. Implement scheme and innovation management
∎ 3. System and process implementation
∎ 4. Performance management and monitoring
∎ B. Work Process :
∎ a. To Plan and achieve the Secondary Sales Target through distribution and productivity
∎ 1. Plan on
∎ i. Redistribution plan (Section, logistics manpower)
∎ ii. Secondary Plan
∎ iii. Section Development
∎ iv. Growth plan (SKUs, Brand & Category)
∎ v. Innovation Management – Planning and placement Target
∎ b. Achievement of secondary Sales Targets by SKUs and Categories periodically.
∎ c. Management of New product innovation- achieving placement Targets by channel.
∎ d. Planning and monitoring the achievement of monthly targets for set of SKUs through effective control on DRSs performance with daily review.
∎ e. Set, Monitor and ensure achievement of Productivity targets for DSRs coving :
∎ 1. Strike Rate
∎ 2. LPC
∎ 3. ECO
∎ 4. Value per section/day
∎ 5. Value per Call
∎ f. Supervise the work of DSRs and provide the training and guidance to ensure achievement of target in the following areas:
∎ 1. Coverage of outlet and market
∎ 2. Sales pitch
∎ 3. Stock Rotation
∎ 4. Stock Cover
∎ g. Monitor the competitor’s activities and take timely corrective actions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
