Salary: Negotiable + Attractive Sales Bonuses (৳1,000–৳5,000)+Punctuality Bonus ৳1,000
Experience: 1–3 years( Janitorial or MCA Must)

Strong English communication & speaking skills
Experience in telesales, cold calling, or outbound sales
Confident handling international (USA) clients
Basic knowledge of digital services
Able to work independently in night shifts
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential USA-based clients
Generate qualified leads & schedule appointments
Understand client needs & offer suitable solutions
Follow up and maintain long-term client relationships
Update CRM and maintain daily reports
