Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

We are seeking for motivated and result-driven Telesales Champions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach.

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Handle customer asks professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maximize conversions.
