• HSC
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)

• Minimum HSC or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in Bangla and basic English.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Attitude: Positive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Record customer information and sales details accurately.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
