∎ Freshers highly are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level, or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)
∎ Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in the USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 8 PM - 5 AM)
∎ Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months of employment contract.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
∎ Self-motivated, independent workers with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.

∎ Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities.
∎ Follow communication scripts when handling different situations or topic.
∎ Meet personal/team’s qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Office Hours: Monday to Friday(8:00 PM to 5:00 PM NIGHT SHIFT)
