Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in the USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 8 PM - 5 AM)
Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months of employment contract.
Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
Self-motivated, independent workers with the ability to multitask.
Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
Responsibilities & Context:
Office Hours: Monday to Friday(8:00 PM to 5:00 PM NIGHT SHIFT)
Job Responsibilities:
Candidates have to make outbound calls to USA or Canada.
Learn details about our service.
Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities.
Follow communication scripts when handling different situations or topic.
Meet personal/team’s qualitative and quantitative targets.
