Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
∎ Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions and recommendations.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
∎ Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.
∎ Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
∎ Handle customer objections and resolve any concerns or questions professionally.
∎ Update and manage customer information and call logs in the CRM system.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in sales.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
∎ Participate in sales training sessions and continuously enhance selling skills.
