Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential or existing customers to persuade them to purchase our E-commerce products or services and generating sales leads.
∎ Communicate with customers via, phone, mail, WhatsApp, messenger & other social media messenger
∎ Managing large amounts of outbound calls.
∎ Going the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
∎ Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information.
∎ Have to convince clients over the phone to take the service or confirm the order
∎ Able to work beyond the office hour
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role will get preference.
∎ Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
∎ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Effective communication skills as well as exceptional customer service skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Additional sales bonus.

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
