Minimum Requirements:

• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge required; CRM familiarity is a plus
• Experience: 1–2 years in sales/call center preferred
• Language: Excellent communication in Bengali; English is a plus

Preferred Qualities:

• Energetic, self-driven & target-oriented
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection gracefully
• Reside in or be willing to commute to Kalabagan
