To support our expanding customer base, we are looking for motivated and disciplined interns to join our Telesales Team. This internship provides practical exposure to sales operations, customer communication, and performance-driven business environments within the health and e-commerce sector.
The role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in telesales, customer handling, and conversion-focused communication, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent or commission-based role based on performance.
Make outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
Clearly explain Healinic products, benefits, usage guidelines, and offers to customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to improve conversion rates.
Follow up with leads generated from Facebook, website, and other digital platforms.
Accurately record call outcomes, customer details, and order information in the system.
Handle basic customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order confirmation and delivery.
Meet daily and weekly call, follow-up, and sales targets set by the team lead.
Maintain a polite, ethical, and customer-centric communication approach at all times.
Learn and comply with company sales scripts, product knowledge, and SOPs.
