  • Must have communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Officer with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional student service. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge about universities and be able to handle both outbound and inbound calls effectively.

Job Responsibility: 

  • Interacting with students, parents, teachers and other stake holders over the phone.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

  • Assist callers with inquiries, application processes, and other related queries.

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and objectives.

  • Adhere to call center policies and procedures at all times.

  • Continuously update knowledge of university programs, admission requirements, and related information.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
