Responsibilities & Context:
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, ID card printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Ensure smooth operation of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices or equipment.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, user accounts, and data security.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and related documentation.
• CC TV / IP Camera network design, configuration, and setup required in places.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT product inventory.
• Managed and maintained Biometric Attendance Systems, including user enrollment, device configuration, attendance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
