Responsibilities & Context: Employment Status: Full Time (6 days a week).
Working Hours: 10am - 6pm
Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in matchmaking services using our specialized computer systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update client profiles and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactively approach potential clients to explain our services and build long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with team members to provide seamless matchmaking and customer support.
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
