• Good camera sense and cinematography knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be a team player with positive attitude
• Candidates with wedding photography experience will be given preference.
• Experienced in operating professional gimbals and high-end camera equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio.
• Experience in social media video formats (Reels, Shorts).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must have a strong portfolio (video links required)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for storytelling and visual creativity

Video Editor (with Script Writing & Cinematography Skills)

Job Context: Palki Matchmaking Ltd., a rapidly growing and reputed marriage media in Bangladesh, is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can also write scripts and handle cinematography. If you have strong storytelling ability, great editing sense, and the creativity to produce high-quality visual content for social media, campaigns, and brand promotion we want you on our team.

Office Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content for Facebook, YouTube, website, and promotional campaigns.
• Write engaging and meaningful scripts for story-based, documentary-style, and marketing videos.
• Operate professional cameras and manage on-set lighting, framing, and sound.
• Edit videos with proper pacing, mood, color grading, and audio mixing.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to produce high-quality content.
• Capture footage during office events, client sessions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain media asset organization and uphold brand guidelines.
• Candidate who have previous experience with cinematography will be preference first.
