Palki Matchmaking Ltd., one of the leading marriage media companies in Bangladesh, is looking for a smart, detail-oriented Office Assistant who can edit CVs/resumes professionally and perform basic graphic design tasks. The ideal candidate must be organized, responsible, and able to support daily office activities smoothly.
Office Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM
Job Responsibilities
Edit, format, and organize clients’ CVs/resumes as per company standards.
Create simple graphics, posters, and visual content for social media.
Assist the HR and service team with documentation, client data entry, and file management.
Maintain office records, uploading and organizing client details in the system.
Support daily administrative tasks and coordinate with different departments.
Handle printing, scanning, and preparing documents when necessary.
Maintain professionalism while communicating with clients and visitors.
