Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selling retail banking products to potential customers.
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming & outgoing calls.
∎ Handle customer queries & complains instantly.
∎ Application forms review.
∎ General observation and pending document list identified.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential clients.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail.
∎ Greet customers warmly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, and energetic.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should be fluent in English and good in Bengali pronunciation.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
