- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, call center operations, educational consultancy, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Comfortable achieving sales and appointment booking targets.
- Basic knowledge of study abroad admissions and visa processes will be an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy and CRM/data management skills.
- Presentable, organized, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Responsibilities & Context: Location: Gulshan 2, Dhaka (On-site)

Full-time (10:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Part-time (Shift 1 - 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM & Shift 2 - 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Student Engagement
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students interested in studying abroad.
- Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, events, and referral channels.
- Qualify student inquiries and understand their study abroad goals.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students through professional communication.
Follow-up & Appointment Booking
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with interested students and parents.
- Convert inquiries into counseling appointments and office visits.
- Schedule meetings between students and counselors.
- Send reminders and maintain communication to maximize appointment attendance.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, call outcomes, and follow-up activities.
- Update CRM systems and lead databases regularly.
- Track lead status and ensure proper handover to counselors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Customer Support & Communication
- Provide basic information regarding study destinations, admission requirements, scholarships, and application procedures.
- Respond to inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and student-focused communication style.
Target Achievement
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to:
- Outbound calls
- Qualified leads
- Counseling appointments
- File openings
- Student conversions
- Work closely with the counseling and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.
Administrative Support
- Assist with lead organization and data verification.
- Support student engagement activities and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all communications are properly documented and compliant with company standards.
