- Previous telesales or call center experience preferred (freshers are also welcome).
- Ability to work night shift.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and present company services.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Work closely with the sales team to improve results.
