∎ Capable to handle customer queries & complaints instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Collect customer feedback.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Make Report to Manager.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Must be talkative & fluent in English .
