Experience:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (very important for guest handling).
Convincing and negotiation skills to manage demanding or rude clients.
Good knowledge of hospitality and tourism industry.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
Problem-solving mindset and patience.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, booking systems, email communication).
Attention to detail and organizational ability.
Office time 12:00pm to 08:00pm.
Handle daily communication with guests/clients (inquiries, complaints, follow-ups).
Book hotel accommodations and travel services across Bangladesh and international destinations.
Maintain updated knowledge of popular hotels in domestic as well as global destinations.
Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and travel partners to ensure availability and best rates.
Prepare travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
Handle client complaints and difficult situations professionally.
Maintain booking records, invoices, and administrative documentation.
Updating personnel records, managing HR databases, and preparing employment contracts.
Ensure timely confirmations and updates to clients.
Processing monthly salary inputs, monitoring daily attendance, and handling leave/time-off requests.
