∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Collect customer feedback.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Make report to the manager.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Must be talkative & fluent in English.
∎ Must be pensioned & dedicated to the work.
