Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide telephonic counseling services to clients.
∎ Listen attentively to client concerns and queries.
∎ Offer appropriate guidance and support to resolve client issues.
∎ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
∎ Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive client care.
∎ Stay updated with best practices and relevant procedures in tele counseling.
∎ Handle emergency situations and refer clients to suitable services if necessary.
