Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and maintain machinery used in shoe manufacturing (e.g., stitching machines, sole attaching machines, cutting presses, molding equipment).
∎ Assist in the setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment.
∎ Monitor production lines to ensure shoes are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.
∎ Inspect materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
∎ Support process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
∎ Collaborate with design, quality control, and assembly teams for smooth production flow.
