• Education may relaxed for highly experienced persons in the relevant field.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments.

• 3 to 4 Years relevant experience in Garments (Woven) industry.

• Position may be upper/lower based on skills, competencies, experience and ability of work.

• Size set sample making, Quality controlling, Sound knowledge in all sewing process, Methodical & Innovative approach.

• Good production line layout by teaching the process owner.

• Technician takes care of the critical points to make production friendly.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to handle worker.

• Good Communication Skill.

• 5S activities in respective area.

• Prepare paper layout with APM, WS & Mechanic.

• Ensure all innovations are in place during paper layout.

• Ensure detecting the critical process during Size Set (Jump Size) making.

• Pre-train the operator for critical process.

• Allocate job maintaining work sequence and right person.

• Implementation of Input:

• Ensure all the guide, gauge, folder, templates; attachments are in place during changeover.

• Ensure the process is qualified before move to next process.

• Work on Hourly production, pass and repair.

• Work with Highest three defect to fix it, "Self-inspection, to confirm process quality.

• Take initiatives remedies for QA findings.

• Attend the PP Meeting.
