Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or H.S.C. with highly experienced will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Embroidery Production, Printing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure best output of printing production;
∎ Derive the production plan as per garments schedule and run smoothly to meet the deadline.
∎ Examine the specific style to determine details such as sample quality, types of color/chemicals be used, color sequences & any other instructions.
∎ Inspect and examine the printed products coordination with the quality team for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications and external defects.
∎ Communicate with designer & sample department, color department, exposing unit, coordinators & merchant team for development issues.
∎ Technical solution in bulk production for different types of print.
∎ Set up embroidery machine for different garments/materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Should have good knowledge on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of all over printing machine and process chain.
∎ Complete knowledge on Pigment, Reactive, Disperse, Discharge, Burnout and Metallic printing process.
∎ Familiar with Expose (image) and mesh selection for design wise.
Salary: Negotiable
