Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC in science or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing UTP cable, modular, faceplate for Structured cabling
∎ Identifying issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
∎ Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating system and applications.
∎ Configuring and troubleshooting network both LAN and Wi-Fi.
∎ Network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
∎ Updating documents day to day and support related operation.
∎ Any other IT task assigned by superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for the highly experienced and competent candidates.
∎ At least 02 years of proven working experience in networking of IT sector, preferably in university sector.
∎ Basic knowledge on Windows, MAC and Windows Server platform.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal-communication skill to deal with people at all levels.
Salary:
∎ Salary Scale: 9,150-850x15-21,900 + other allowances. Initial Gross Pay = Tk. 16,927.50.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Other Allowances mean 65% House Rent + 10% Conveyance + 10% Medical Allowance
∎ Provident Fund and any other benefits as per the University Law /practice.
