∎ B.Sc. Engineering in CSE/CS/EEE/Telecom or equivalent from a recognized and reputed university.

∎ Age limit may be relaxed for the highly experienced and competent candidates.
∎ At least 04 years of experience in any of the following areas: Project Manager (Software), Programmer/Software Engineer, IT System Management.
∎ Solid working knowledge of current industry standard coding, web-based applications and database technologies
∎ Ability to use independent judgment
∎ Ability to analyze and solve problems
∎ Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
∎ Effective verbal and written communication skills
∎ Proficiency in Java with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
∎ Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
∎ Familiarity with various software design and architectural patterns
∎ Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful
∎ Basic understanding of JVM, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
∎ Experience in Oracle(PL/SQL, Procedure, Function) is needed
∎ Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
∎ Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git
∎ Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle
∎ Familiarity with continuous integrations
∎ Knowledge in AngularJS/Jquery
∎ Knowledge in Spring framework
∎ Knowledge in Microservice
∎ Professional work experience in Java based Web Application development
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
∎ Excellent troubleshooting skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to take responsibility to complete assigned task
∎ Experience in docker container system

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, develop and deploy software modules for an Integrated University Management System (IUMS).
∎ Identify bottlenecks and bugs in IUMS, and devise solutions to the problems.
∎ Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of software applications.
∎ Write programs in a variety of computer languages, such as Java, C++, Php etc.
∎ Coordinate the works of programmers and analyze the codes written by them.
∎ Update and expand existing programs.
∎ Prepare Technical and User documentations.
∎ Lead Software Teams.
∎ Design, develop and deploy software modules for an Integrated University Management System (IUMS).
∎ Identify bottlenecks and bugs in IUMS, and devise solutions to the problems.
∎ Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of software applications.
∎ Write programs in a variety of computer languages, such as Java, C++, Php etc.

∎ Update and expand existing programs.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Initial Gross Pay = 62,496 taka only.
∎ Salary Scale: Basic 34,720 (34,720 - 2,500 x 15 - 72,220) + other allowances.
∎ Other Allowances mean 60% House Rent + 10% Conveyance + 10% Medical Allowance of basic pay.
∎ Higher initial pay may be offered to highly experienced and competent candidates.
∎ Contractual Appointment may also be considered.
∎ Provident Fund, Gratuity and other benefits as per the University rules/practice.
