• At least 12-15 years’ experience in repairing & servicing works of Inverter, Converter, PLC module, Power supply module all kind of PCB

• Minimum Trade Course in the Electronic field/ Diploma in Electronic Engineering from any Polytechnic/Institute

We are seeking a compatible Technician (Electrical) who will work for our Knit Garment factory, J.M. Fabrics Limited at Rajendrapur, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:

Key Responsibilities:

• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting in electronic circuit boards (PCBs) used in machines and control system
• Identify defective components such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, relays etc.
• Replace damaged or faulty electronic parts with correct equivalents. Rebuilt or rewire PCB tracks damaged due to burning or corrosion
• Test repaired PCBs under simulated load or actual machine conditions before handover.
• Ensure repaired boards meet manufacturer standards and performance requirements.
• Provide technical support to maintenance team for installation of repaired boards in machines.
• Assist in preventive maintenance of control panels and electronics modules
• Maintain spares PCB and component inventory
• Maintain detailed repair logs for each PCB
• Identify repetitive PCB issues and suggest design improvements and preventive actions.
